Take advantage of Mercury Premier Services free initial consultation so that we can discuss your specific needs, ideas, budget, and timeline. At this stage we can discuss our process with you in full detail and it allows us to get to know each other and see if we are a good fit for you. There is NO CHARGE for a consultation, and this can be done in person, over the phone or via Zoom.
Architecture and Design
Our team of designers and architects work tirelessly to create a custom home plan that is just as you have imagined. From your lifestyle requirements to your budget, our team of experts will consult everything with you to ensure you have an excellent experience and plan you are happy with.
Estimate and Contract
Once you are fully satisfied with the design and look of your new custom home plan, we will offer a detailed construction budget that will be realistic and attainable.
Getting City Permits and Approval
With your design agreed upon, we will take care of all required documentation and engineering reports needed for obtaining city permits. This will allow you to focus more on deciding how you want your custom home to be built rather than be bogged down with the documentation work.
Interior Designing
Now begins the excitement. After getting city permits, our experts in Mercury will turn their attention to the look of your custom home, and things start taking shape at this stage. From all the interior color selections right down to the exterior lighting, our team of experts will guide you throughout the entire process.
Finishing and After Care
Throughout the entire process our team will be available for contact and we will keep you updated with each and every milestone. Once you have moved into your new home you can rest easy knowing that you have complete coverage with our 2-5-10 warranty. We are always available for you.
